described above, includes our App), as well as, any related services, sales, marketing or

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on
the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services,
when you participate in activities on the App or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect may be sent to our App's API at
https://api.shitadvisor.moscadigital.pt/ to ensure the correct operation of our App.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us
and the App, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal
information we collect may include the following:
Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names and email addresses.
Social Media Login Data. We provide you with the option to register with us
using your existing social media account details, like your Google and Apple account. If you
choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section
called "
HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you
must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information collected through our App
In Short: We collect information regarding your geolocation, when you use our App.
If you use our App, we also collect the following information:

Geolocation Information. We permission to track location-based information from
your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App, to provide certain
location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in
your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the
fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your
consent.
We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described
below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate
business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent,
and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds
we rely on next to each purpose listed below.
We use the information we collect or receive:

To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link
your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Apple account), we use
the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account
creation and logon process for the performance of the contract. See the section below headed

for further information.
3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with
services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

4. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may
have access to certain information about you.
Our App offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media
account details (like your Google or Apple logins). Where you choose to do this, we will
receive certain profile information such as you name and email address from your social media
provider.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this
privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant App. Please note that
we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by
your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to
understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your
privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party
providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our Website.
The App may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and
which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee
the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third
parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or
privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites,
services or applications that may be linked to or from the App. You should review the policies
of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this
privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes
set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by
law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will
require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users
have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will
either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because
your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store
your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is
possible.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the App within a
secure environment.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using
the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such
a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal
information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the
account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK), you
have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You
may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
In some regions (like the EEA and UK), you have certain rights under applicable data
protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your
personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the
processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In
certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to
withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the
lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your

email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by

email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you
service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to
respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. To otherwise opt-out, you

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a
Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not
to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no
uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that
automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online
tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice
in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant
with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by
